Default Had my first fill..
and it wasn't that bad. I feel tight but good. I was able to keep down food so I guess that is a good thing.

it's a strange feeling isn't it... I didn't feel it for almost three weeks... it was hard to tell when my pouch was hungry and when I had head hunger...

at least now you have been satisfied! I hate not knowing if I ate enough
