Smile Thank you for the reply

You are right since doing those steps I have been unable to do even 10.000 so I did over do it.

I think you are right about wanting it off over night and I will keep thinking s you say it didnt come on over night, I am feeling ready for monday and starting the soft food even though I am very worried about doing that as I fear I may gain some of the weight I have lost now.

I will have mashed pot on monday I am just worried about the amount I will be able to eat to start with as I have not had my first band adjustment yet.

it is easy to be in control with soup as you know once it is gone thats it but having to start cooking again scares me alot.

I will know when I have enough I hope.

I hope you have all had a nice weekend and look forward to hearing your news Dianne

hi Dianne
how have you got on with the mush stage you will find that you will put some weight on but don't get down hearted as the weight will start to come of again just remember that your body is in a healing process at the moment . you want to try lucozade isotonic drink when your energy levels are low it does really help a lot but the calories are high which is a down side .
i live in skegness and had my band fitted in may 07 up2 now i have lost 28lb which im well chuffed at as im aiming for 7lb a month which i think is a steady weight loss i know i could loss more but i have set my self 3yrs to get down to my goal weight .

good luck

joanne xx
