I went to the surgeons office this morning for a weigh-in, and I'm at 265.5 - 7.5 pounds from the goal they set for me last month. The office mgr. was going through my chart and commented about how long I've been working on this and I guess didn't realize how long ago I was first weighed (it has been almost 1 year.)

Anyway, she told me the surgeon will be in tomorrow morning and will do her best to talk him into giving me a date. She will call me tomorrow morning.

Please pray that I do get a date!

I'd really like to get this done and over with (know what I mean!)

I was just noticing today that you've been a member here for 2 years this month! Wow, you have been working on this for such a long time. I truly do hope you get a date tomorrow. What a relief that would be for you. I will be looking for a post from you letting us know when the day will be. Think positive. Pulling for you.
