Default food

i had my lapband 7 days ago, i feel really good, my doc has me eating pureed food . any ideas on different kind of foods, one month on puree then soft. thanks for any ideas.

I can't help sorry...but I can suggest that there is a lap band selection on here...maybe they could help.

How about refried beans (the low fat ones) with some melted cheese. You might be able to do tuna fish with a light mayo...or pudding, mashed potatos, scrambled eggs are pretty soft if chewed up well.

Hope that gives you some ideas
