Thanks for posting this April!!! I am stuck a just above 200 (202), and just want to enter ONEderland (my first goal). Well, it ain't happening!!!! I started with a trainer at my gym this past Tuesday (yes I am currently crippled), so I know my inches will move...now I also want the scale to move

I am training three times a week, and will be walking or doing the eliptical for an additional 2-3 days per week, so the workouts are good - perhaps I just need to increase the food for a couple of days? Sheesh..whoda thunk it?!
