HI Everyone,
Just wanted to check in with you all. I am moving to Hawaii, with the crazy whirl wind I have been in, I havent gotten on here all that much. I hope all is well with everyone. I am doing great, now down 40 lbs on the losing side

Protien is still a tuff one!

I am eating regularily thogh. My "favorite" if you want to call it that is turkey sandwiches.

So how are all those May Kings and Queens out there? Hope you are all recovering well and all who has recently had surgery.

I will be checking in, on and off as I begin my move on the 14th. Wish me luck, Hawaii will be such a difficult and horrible place to move to!!!

Melaine I am glad you are going great. Hawaii is a great place to live. You are so lucky. Congrats on your -40 pounds gone forever.

40 lbs is awesome! (and so is the move to Hawaii) I had my surgery on May 17th lost 16 lbs to date. It is so great to read these terrific updates on others who have gone through this surgery and how we all feel. Good Luck in Hawaii !!!!!! lucky girl

Hi Melanie, I had been thinking about you, cause I hadn't seen you on here in a while-- congratulations on your 40 pounds -- and your move to Hawaii -- as far as your turkey sandwhichs go-- I haven't tried bread yet -- can you eat it ok with no problems ?? or are you just eating the meat and cheese ?? I have ate turkey rolled up with cream cheese inside --that is pretty yummy.!!

We had a choice between Hawaii and Rhode Island. Sometimes I wish I would have choose Hawaii. I was afraid of the "rock Fever". So now we are up here in rain and wind.
