Hi Everyone!

I am back from vacation and thought I would check in to say hello! We had a great time down on the Outer Banks of NC. The weather was beautiful, and I think I had more fun than I have had at the beach in years and years. At 76 pounds lighter, it was MUCH easier to get around. I also felt really good about myself in my swimsuit for a change -- I still have a long ways to go, but 76 pounds is great progress and makes a big difference in how I look and feel. I will try to catch up on messages later on this evening. We are going to work in the yard today, so I am on my way out to buy some flowers as soon as I get dressed. I hope you all are enjoying a fun and relaxing holiday weekend!

Karen,Glad you had a great get away.I too spent many ,many summers in Duck ,NC.I grew up in Va Bech and we would just cross the border to escape all the tourists.

You make me miss home.
