I'm in dictation - ThinnerTimes

I'm in dictation. I give thanks to God for all he has done and still doing in my life. I know that He does all things well. He has sent me to a doctor who I know to be awsome not only because I think so but because of this fourm and the people that are members in it. I look at the people in this group as partnes more then a member. Anyone cand be a member but to be a partner you have to be personally involved with people and I have seen this in ths group. I have been coming here for almost 2 months now and this is what I know that I need
I need partners who have been where I have been and where I am going. For I have not been this way before. I have kept all of you in my prayers that you will be real with the people and I know that God has answered my prayers. I am excited. I am not afraid. I know that God does not give me a spirit of fear and that He has placed me with a group of people and a doctor that are caring, loving and real.
So I thank God for you all for all of the love and personal care and love that you have shown to everyone that are stepping out into the deep(using this tool WLS).

I don't mean to offend anyone with my christian beliefs. My bible tells me to speak what is true and I know that Jesus is real. so again I appologize if this offends anyone because that is not my intention but I can't and don't appologize for my christian belief. It's all in love.

We're glad you're here! Welcome to the forum. Congratulations on being in dictation! We all know what it takes to get there, you've done a lot of work up to this point! Good for you!

Whether you believe in God or not, you're right, we are all about helping, caring, loving, everyone through this process and beyond. I know that is true for me - what I have found here. I am not offended, I am Christian. My faith is what has lead me to this point in my life. My faith is what brought me peace on the day before and day/morning of my surgery!

I am a Christian too and involved heavily in not one church, but two. I know that being a Christian and having all the prayers that I got and the support from here is what made "Hell Week" nothing for me. Your mind is right, you will do great! Let us know when you have a date so we can be praying for you!

GO AHEAD AND PRAISE HIM CAROLYN!!!

The bible says that God inhabits the praises of His people, and we know that when the Praises go up, the blessings come down!!!

Thank God for leading us to this place. I just wrote in another post, that I would that everyone going through this process could be in the midst of this wonderful group. God has done great things for me through this forum and I continue to praise Him daily just for being so wonderful and answering every prayer. Stay strong and encouraged Carolyn and if ever you need anything, here am I.

Your post really did something for my spirit.....we were about to have church right here on-line.
