Just a friendly reminder for those of you who have their scrapbook page to start working on them... I will bring the scrapbook to our next meeting on the 22nd! For those of you who dont know what I am talking about, I am passing out blank scrapbook pages for you guys to put pics of your self before and after surgery. A pic before, and at least every 3 months after that until you reach goal is recommended. If you need a scrapbook page track me down at the next meeting and I will be more than happy to provide you with one. When it is complete you can insert your page at the office, they will have the scrapbook so that preop patients can look through and see everyone's results.

Those pictures got ruined. I think I still have them saved on my digital camera (The camera broke, not the memory card.. lol) Anyway I may be able to print them out. Who knows.. either way I will figure something out. I was looking for the ones I took in front of a door, the same door I took pictures in front of every three months after surgery.. oh well..
