Each of us will experience different side effects and feelings post-op. One thing will have in common is we thank God for this second chance at life and rejoice singing praises every day, loud and clear, for all to hear about our Surgeon and his team.
Then there will be times, in quiet remorse, with some regret, will will softly under our breath, curse our inability to gobble down large amounts of food.... These feelings last only a moment before you catch sight of your reflection and once again you are rejoicing.
I'm more interested in reading about how June 2006 babies will fare after surgery. So remember to take lots of body measurements and lots of pictures to share.
Good luck to you all.
