Vomiting and medications
I am currently learning what things will and won't work for me. Tonight....the meal didn't stay down. So here's my question............. if I take a pill...how long does it have to stay down before I need to worry about it not staying down...say birth control pills? Vitamins areeasy I can wait a few hours and try again...but real oral meds are kinda dodgy as you can't just take another later. Thanks!

It all depends on the pouch. BTW, if you are taking birth control pills be careful with them. My doctor said that because of malabsorption not all the hormones may be absorbed. Sooooo, double up your method if you know what I mean. Good luck.

Reglan
Its a drug that helps the food in your new pouch move down the line faster.
It helps with the nausea.

Thanks Dave! That is good to know.
Hey, I really think you should adjust your pounds lost. Looks to me like you've lost 68 since you highest. And I'm sure those first 36 didn't come off without a fight!!

Ok...so awesome
Question about the Reglan.
Seems people I adore and trust here have taken reglan post-op. Brandon's pediatrician prescribed it for me to boost my milk supply. It works REALLY well. Has anyone had any side effects post-op?
Just want to check with my peeps. Messing up the pouch not worth the extra boost if it has bad side effects. So far I havent experienced the manufacturer laundry list of potential side effects. (Depression, anxiety, etc)
Thanks for input!
