Default I made my goal today

I just wanted to let you all know that I accomplished my dream and made my goal today. I went into surgery September 22, 2003 with the goal to be 135 in a year.
I weighed today and I weigh 134 (I am 5"6-1/2" tall).
I feel so good.
You can all get to your goals. Don't give up and stay the course. You'll accomplish getting to your goals if you really want it to happen.

Talking Congratulations!

I was so happy when I hit goal. It was one of the greatest achievements of my life. My weight was the one thing I couldn't get a handle on. Reaching that goal showed me that I can reach any goal! I was at goal for about 3 weeks before I found out I was pregnant, so I am at goal +3 preg pounds . Once again congratulations on the good work!

Cheryl,

How awesome!! You don't even know how much hope you just gave me right now. I started at about your same weight and height. The doctors goal for me was 140 and I have a personal goal of 158. I just have a hard time imagining myself thin!!! It is so scary to even think I may one day weigh 140 pounds!!!! Too much for my head to handle, so I am content with my personal goal and if I get to the doctors goal, then I consider that a bonus!!!

Thanks for sharing with us. You are awesome!
