Does anyone take yoga locally? I'm interested in taking a yoga class but the group that Dr. C has on his website is kind a far from my house and at times that I can't make it. I'm really interested in taking a class sometime. I want to become more bendy

I want to start Yoga too, as well as kick boxing. They have classes at 24 hour fitness Perhap we could team up together... depending on what part of town ya live in But there are 24 hour fitness center EVERYWHERE!

I have a membership to 24 hour fitness. I've never take a yoga class there but if you want to go sometime I'm game. I live in Rancho Penasquitos but I would be willing to go with you sometime.
