I won't be able to make the meetings for a little while. I just had surgery April 10th. I would like to join you soon though. So good to know there is a group in north county.

I know you are fresh out but if you feel up to it, you are more than welcome to pop over. I am sending directions, so you can see if we live close and you decide to pop over.
We are a very informal group and you would not have to do anything stressfull, except maybe laugh!!

Thanks alot but I had to go to see Dr. C today and also had the nutrition meeting with Kelly so I'm a little beat. But I would love to come the next time. I'm only a couple of exits west off 78 from you. Thanks also for the warm welcome.

So, how was the meeting. I am so glad that I didn't get behind the wheel. I was so dizzy when I left the house. I missed all of the desperately needed support. I really need to get back into the groove. Holly, I am so sorry I missed you...I knew that you were bringing the Power Crunch Bars. I will have to catch up with you when I am well or if someone else needs them first, that is ok, too. I am just grateful for your generosity.
