Has anyone gotten leg cramps post op? For about the last week or so I have been getting terrible leg cramps that go from my toes, to the tops of my feet to the shin muscles. I have been taking magnesium about 1000 mg per day, and the only thing that is different is I just recently added Biotin to my supplement intake. Could Biotin be making me have these. Last night I was so frustrated that I just lay in bed sobbing, and my hubby was rubbing my legs for me. Any thoughts

I have actually figured out how to do a search on this forum and found other posts on this same topic. No need to reply to this one, and I am so glad to hear that I am not alone in this.
