Default Running Scared

I am frigging wasting away! Don't get me wrong here, that's why I had the operation but I am starting to worry about being able to not get too skinny. Here's me before....

Here's me now...

I told you I was a hairy beast...maybe next year I'll treat myself to some laser hair removal! I am 20 lbs from goal in 4 months. It's amazing but a little bit frightening. On the other hand I can finally run again, maybe I'll start training for a marathon, those guys are skinny right?

I know how you feel. I didn't lose weight as fast as you did, but I sometimes feel like I look pretty scary... skeleton-like, at times. I keep hearing that our skin's elasticity will take time to adjust to the rapid weight loss and that "gaunt" look gets better with time. My fingers are crossed!

Lookin' good, you hairy beast!

Wow, you are really slimming down! I think you look great. I would ask people who did not know you heavy whether you look too thin. I think sometimes people that knew us heavy have a different view. I have people telling me I lost enough............I weigh 161 and am 5'1". I am not even out of obese and into overweight! lol So maybe it isn't as bad as you think. Anyhow, congrats on your success.......and I wish you the best of health.

Dude! Your looking fantastic!

I don't know if your losing to fast, but man, what a difference!

The main thing is, how do YOU feel-physically? Do you feel ill, or possibly anemic?
When was the last time you saw the doc, and what did they advise?
