I fight it......drink more water, get out of the house and walk, just to get away from anywhere there is food.
I think that is just your pouch growing up a bit. I am at 3 months and I can eat a great deal more than I did in the beginning...that doesn't mean I should. I don't wait until that full feeling. Once I think I have had enough nutrition, I am done. It is hard sometimes. It used to be one string cheese was a meal, then two at about 2 months. Now I could eat three if I tried without a problem. It is scarry as I am concerned what it will be at 6 months.

I am a HUGE plateau-er...plateauee? Anyway...three lbs at a time, then wait a few weeks, three more lbs...BUT when I'm not loosing on the scale, my clothes are getting looser and suddenly my bra doesn't fit anymore....you get the picture!

It's all about keeping on doing what we're supposed to be doing, and it'll happen! But the fear from previous failed attempts DESPITE following all the rules crowd our minds and make us anxious!

Keep the faith!

You look FABULOUS Robin! You go girl!

i am almost 6 months out - the snacking is something i need to be in control of - i have to follow te pouch rules and make sure i have finished a bottle of water before i eat again! oftern i put something in my mouth and need to stop think about it and i realize i have not drank any water since my last meal now i know if i drink to soon i will get ill because i did just eat a bite or 2 of the cheese or a cracker with cheese so i have to wait at least 15 mins than drink the bottle of water if i am still hungry i eat the rest of the stick of cheese but usually i dont want anything i am fine not hungry so remember thirst is often mistaken for hunger
