This thread has become useful for me as I am currently stuck on a plateau It's been about two weeks and the scale has not moved. It's truly discouraging because I've recently kicked my exercise routine into high gear. I've drastically reduced my sugar intake and tried to up the protein. I will be patient and know that everyone goes through this. I just hope I can get off of this soon.

Oh, and I have vowed to not get on the scale for at least one week

Ok, I have had enough of this!!! I have been at the same weight for 2 weeks now and the 10 days prior to this I only lost 3 lbs. I just started 10 weeks...this is crazy!!!!! I beefed up on exercise this week and very careful about what is going in the mouth and the timing....

My hair is NOT falling out.......but pretty soon I will be pulling it out!

I stalled at the 3 week mark. I go in tomorrow for my 4 week checkup, and according tomy bathroom scale, I have only lost one pound when I am in my bristhday suit. I will probably remain the same tomorrow since I am fully dressed without shoes on in theor office. Sheesh...Robin - I hope to be like you and have an amazing drop practically overnight

Another question about plateau's. Did you find you were more hungry when you were on the plateau? I am finding that the pouch lets in more water and food then it did a few weeks ago, but I get hungry so much more since the weight loss has stalled. I fight it......drink more water, get out of the house and walk, just to get away from anywhere there is food.

I do feel more hungry every stinkin time I hit a plateau. I think it's my boby telling me to feed it. It gets cranky when we are only taking in so many calories a day. So I trick mine. I eat 1200-1500 calories for 3 days, it's hard, but I manage it. Then I go back to eating about 800, and bam! It starts coming off again!

Be patient little grasshopper -- these plateau things last about 3 weeks; then, the pounds will start coming off again much faster. Remember what I said before, you are likely losing inches during this adjustment.
