Default I like Unflavored Whey

I like unflavored whey mixed with fruity type drinks. I don't like the taste of the soy protein. I buy mine at GNC. I mix it with Tangerine Strawberry Crystal light.

I look forward to drinking it every night.

Good luck!

Minime

Do you purchase all of your supplies from GNC? I checked out The Vitimin Shop the other day and picked up a whey protein powder...lemon tea or something like that..ewwwwwww not tasty at all. I'm wondering of my taste buds are going to change after surgery. GNC had a buy one get one 50% off on all GNC Performance Products.
No charge.........I'll even ship them free. You can send a thank you to Carolyn.......that just had her surgery. I sent her some and she was supposed to just send me the money for the shipping and she sent me WAAYY more than she was supposed to. So, this one's on her. She's a real sweetheart. I bought a crap load from GNC and just don't like much. I recently bought samples from Enjoy health. I bought a set of Nectar and a set called Protein delite. So far the Delite has some decent ones.....I preferred Banana Yogurt. Ryn suggested one called Butter Cream something or other from Dymatize Elite Protein that isn't too expensive and sounds like the type I could drink. I think we need a protein exchange program...YIKES!

Wow, that was almost too easy! LOL Most of us have a longer, more expensive struggle than that!

I'm almost nervous that things are coming so easily (or staying I should say). Everything has been great so far. However, i have learned that ice cream is the devil!

Don't be nervous. I actually did not have a problem physically keeping supplements down.......mine was nausea and just being icked out by them. I think it's great you found one you like already. I feel blessed that I have had relatively few problems with the surgery. I read the stories from my fellow staplers of the troubles some have faced in their journey. I feel for them, and know it could have been me, and at some point I may face some of those challenges. Right now my challenges are snacks, exercise, and my false feelings of HUGENESS. Yes, still chubby, but I feel fatter by the day.....very strange. So, just enjoy the parts that go along smoothly for you. And no, fried fish is the devil.....ice cream is the devil's dessert.
