Water Weight
Okay, this is a weird question. BUT, how much water weight does a normally overweight person carry? I've lost 30+ already, and it's just the beginning of my second week (which is great!) I know it's different for everybody, but is it possible to lose 30 pounds of water, and is that healthy? I'm getting in my water fairly consistently now, not as much protein as I should though...I expressed concern, but was told it was just water weight. I just thought that was kind of weird. Plus, I don't feel any smaller, even though I've pretty much been wearing sweats and PJs. Did anyone lose a lot like that their first week and attribute it to water, or is it actually fat coming off this soon?
