Talking 10 months out

I can hardly believe that it has almost been a year. I am now to the point where I can say I am glad I went through with the surgery. I still have some issues but I no longer use a cpap machine, I no longer use inhalers or nebulizers, I no longer am MO, and I no longer have low self esteam. It is more than the physical obvious signs, it is emotional and mental. I have grown as a person so much this past year. Coming to gips with my maker early in my wls journey. many of you know the trials I endured and I thank God for you and your prayers always. Because of you and your prayers I am here today. Dumping syndrom has become a way of life I have learned that I can't count on what the day will bring until the day is here and gone. To all you beautiful people out there that share my world ... I love ya !!!!! Thanks for being there in my time of need. I have encluded two pictures taken one year to the day apart. They both was taken on February 11th, 05 & 06. You know what is funny my husband has the same shirt on. He honestly changes clothes LOL

Default Whoo!

You look WONDERFUL! Oh - you have totally inspired me and I am so excited. You weighted almost exactly what I do now and you're so close to my goal weight - and I never in my wildest dreams imagined I could look as good as you do now. You have done SO WELL! Looking at your pictures has just made me feel that much more dedicated and ready to do whatever it takes!

Thank you so much for sharing your success!
