Default question for the guys

this is kinda of a weird question..so here it goes..guys what happens to the package down below after the surgery..does it shrink up with the wieght loss or get bigger what!!!!!! i got a friend who wants to know anyways just i question i had...maybe you guys can help a brother out....

REALLY! The surest way to get me to read a post is to give me the impression I'm not "supposed" to! LOL Sooooooooo, maybe we need before and after photos so we can all do research. I want to know ALL there is to know in order to educate others about the surgery.

From what I've heard (and I hope this isn't just wishful thinking) is that it doesn't necessarily get bigger, but it will appear larger because everything around that vicinity gets smaller and less "fatty".

I've already noticed quite a difference Can't wait to see more

IT doesn't get bigger or smaller but everything around it does, thereby granting easier access to the aforementioned package.

Things do get better in the sack though.
