It was very difficult to leave (we certainly didn't want to go), but we did make it back! Absolutely beautiful! We stayed a week on Kaui, and it was just incredible! It was unusual to walk on a clean beach for a change!

Just to prove we tried to have a good time, here are some pics.

1 - At the beach (of course)
2 - Fern Grotto in the rain forrest/jungle not far from where the first Indiana Jones movie was filmed.
3 - This is the spot where Elvis was married at the end of Blue Hawaii.
4 - Welcome to Jurassic Park. Yes, this is what's left of the giant gate as you entered. Funny, this area is only accessable by 4 wheel drive or motorcycle.

I had to resize them, so I hope you can see them well enough.

Pat, my hope is to go to Hawaii as soon as my "St. Tropez" bathing suit (sz little) fits. I just don't know which island is the coolest to visit. Thanks for posting the pix!

Pat - It is good to have you back! I am on board with Donna - one of the things I want to do when the weight is off is to go back to Hawaiii - I especially love Maui. I have been there and the Big Island, and would love to go again and again and again. One of my friend's hunband is from Maui, so they go every year to visit family - those shmucks

Hey welcome back - Hawaii is an incredible place. Funny last week while the doctor was putting me under, he said, ok, you are off to Hawaii....did you see me there?
