Hi everyone,
I thought we needed a spot to post our acheivements. A place where we can brag about ourselves all we want. This is probably the only place I can toot my own horn and everyone cheers So I will start it off.

I am at goal!

Over the last week I lost the last five pounds after a month of plateau.
