Thank you guys! I am actually feeling a little more human today. I am set up with the AM nurse and the PM nurse and that is going well. The IV nutrition I am on keeps me satisfied, I am not hungry...I am thirsty however. Dr. Potts allows me 100cc of crushed ice every 8 hours so hubby went on a snow cone maker shopping expidition and came home with this cute little snowman thingy you load with ice, crank his arm and out comes shaved ice. I eat it out of the snowflake cup , just the right size. Anyway.....for being in the situation I am in, it is livable, I am understanding all I need to do each hour or so (add IV antiobiotics, take blood sugar checks, etc....) getting the routine down. I am just so body sore. It is getting a bit better now from using a heating pad. My next visit with Dr. Potts is Monday....I am happy to show him my progress and I will see what he says then.
I did my best to make Dr. Potts laugh everyday that I saw him, so I am gonna have to come up with a good one liner fo my current condition. Actualy, he was quite complimentary of me and my attitude. I think many days I was in the hospital he was HAPPY to see me cause I made him giggle! Anyway, that is me for now. On the + side....I know what is happening on Days of our Lives, All My Children and can watch The Price is Right and Oprah every day! wooo hooooo!

Alright Linda, so what happened to Opal, Adam, and the gang. Why are they in a sinking vehicle? I caught today's show and was so lost. And what made Jr change his mind about Babe?
I'm so glad you're doing better Linda. This will pass in no time and you'll be eating again soon.
