Size 26 clothes
OK girls, I just cleaned out my closet and have a ton of size 26 clothes if anyone needs them, or they are going to go to Salvation Army. Now if you knew me, I mean really knew me, you would know I am an out of the closet shop-a-holic. If you know what I mean?
About a year ago, my dear hubby bought me a pair of "daisy duke" shorts size 22. (not knowing I wasn't going to be able to even get them over my hips. I am proud to say I tried them on this evening, and they fit, with enough room to put my hand in the waist. What a difference 7 weeks makes with GBS.
PM me if your interested in taking a look at the clothes. I live in Vista, CA

Ronda congrats on the loss!!!! I know what you mean I just cleaned out my closet and I got rid of anything that was 26 or 28. I have about 4 bags full of clothes. I worked at Lane Bryant for about a year so most of it is from there. Any Pre Ops that need it PM me!!!! I will save all of it for the next support group so my slapler sisters can get first dibs......then donate the rest(get a write off)

I'm in the same spot. 26/28's are out, as are most of my 22/24's (tops anyways). I'll hold onto them until the next meeting, after that, salvation army gets a donation.

YAYYYYYYY! Clothing!! I desperately need clothes in those sizes until surgery renders them obsolete! I am MORE than happy to take clothes and in turn will be just as thankful to pass them on again in a few months. PM me and I'll work out shipping/driving with you (I'm in Santa Monica)
This also makes me think of something: why don't we have a "clothing exchange" section of the website? We seem to do this a lot, plus, it seems like a lot of people figure out they needed clothes after a generous donor has already dumped them! Just a thought

Congrats
Congrats on your graduation out of size 26. I am out of 26 but I am afraid to let them go. Some of them are so comfortable and I am afraid to part with them. I am sure you will be getting ride of them size 24s or whatever you are in now. Keep up the great work. Work them daisy the hubby got for you.

I got a lot of great work clothes at the Support Group at Robin's last month, but I could use some "play" clothes! If anyone wants to go to Robin's Support Group on the 28th (with or without clothes to donate) I am willing to carpool. I live in Temecula, so if anyone wants to drive here I can drive to Robin's!
