Default food question

Were you able to eat farina or cream of wheat early on. I have unflavored protein powder I was thinking of adding to it and making it on the thin side. What are your thoughts at 2-3 weeks out??

Cream of wheat was on my list of things I could have. I would make it very thin and go really slow. I don't care for it much so I only had it once or twice. I love grits but they have to be made pretty thin too. The good thing about grits is they are great with cheese so it adds a bit of protein. good luck!

I had no problem at all with cream of wheat and oatmeal. I could not do grits, but that is just me. They did not make me dump or anything, just gave me a belly aching.

Cream of wheat was one of the few things I could eat or was willing to eat early on.
