Just got back from the doc's office for my 1st week post op appointment. I know I have been saying that I am not going to obsess about the numbers but I have lost 22 POUNDS IN 10 days. Whoose yo DADDY???? I feel like doing a victory dance. Also got the staples out which were driving me crazy. I feel great.

Congrats! It's hard to believe the pounds fall off so fast! Just keep this weightloss in mind when you plateau... it's frustrating and you'll need these times to help you through them.

Way to go!

A huge congrats. It is pretty cool to get on the scale everymorning and see it go down. I just have to be careful when I expect it to. As Traci said, the plateaus will happen and I need to be ready.

WOW! That is awesome. Congratulations!

Why is it that men lose weight so much faster than women?
Must be something to do with hormones and body fat huh?
