Default Prayer are answered!

I'm home! I had good weather to travel for my surgery. Surgery was short and sweet. Recovery was quick. Hospital stay was great. Room mates were great. Food is going good. Pain is okay I've had some issues but it is okay now. Support is overwhelming. Trip home was a bit bumpy. Home and relaxing!!!! Thank you all for your prayers and support! This so far has been a wonderful experience. Now I pray for no dumping and pain control. What a wonderful Christmas present.

Hope eveyone is ready for the Blessed holiday.

I feel blessed to have you on my side

Diane - I am glad you are home and resting well, and that your surgery went so well. I will continue to keep you in my prayers.

Ray-

Are you having your surgery LAP or OPEN? There is a big difference. I had my surgery done LAP and for me the pain was maybe a 3 or 4 maybe not even that. I was in the hospital 3 days by the time I came home I was barely in pain more of a uncomfortable feeling I would say. I have to say once they took me off the morphine pump(took the pain away) but made my world spin out of control..YUCK they put me on the LORTAB I felt great. I took the Lortab when I felt uncomfortable and it worked wonders. I honestly only stayed on the Lortab for maybe a few days after I got home and that was just so I could sleep at night. Your going to be fine!
