Default OT: work out music

Ok my peeps. I got a iPod Nano for Christmas early and I'm trying to build my playlist. I need some good workout tunes. I like all kinds of music but mostly I listen to R&B and Hip-Hop. I love Destiny's Child "Check up on it" and Rihannna's "If it's lovin you want" ('course I can't find it online to download) But I need some pump-me-up-at-the-gym music. I used to rollerblade to Sublime and I plan on down loading my CD's but I need some other suggestions that I wouldn't think of personally. It doesn't have to be new or currant either. If you have any music on your computer you want to share it, attach it to an e-mail and send it my way! Help me get pumped!

My kids were taught many of my old songs.....and I LOVE Disco and those sappy/flaky 70's tunes. I always joke that the culture police are going to come for them if they sing them!

I've just updated my workout playlist and have added these:

Gotta getcha - Jermain Dupri (great for step aerobics)
Grillz - Nelly
There it Go (The Whistle Song) - Julez Santana
Check on It - Beyonce' & Slim Thug
Get it Poppin - Fat Joe and Nelly

I downloaded all of them from iTunes. I love my ipod...don't know how I used to work out with a cd player.

Yeah, ya gotta love some 50 cent on your play list. It's funny how many songs we all have in common.
