I just had my final doctor appointment yesterday. At first he was thinking I would need a liquid diet for two weeks but after poking around on me he determined that my fat is the soft fat on top of the muscle. This is the good fat to have because it will just get lifted up out of the way during surgery. The "hard" fat is the bad fat because it's under the muscle which is not good for your health or surgery. So it turns out he just doesn't want me to gain more weight but I don't have to lose. I would like to lose some though to shrink my liver so I'll try to be good next week!
