Talking Even 11 inches of snow will not stop me!

Today is the day I had planned to start at the health club (To drop this cursed 10%) and we have 11 inches of snow and counting! Thank heaven for the Subaru Outback! I'm going anyway, but I may wait till the snow actually stops. We'll see when they plow our street. I'll just follow the sand truck and drive 5 miles an hour. Maybe put on some good music...

I have been looking forward to this day for weeks! I will not be deterred! I am going!! Can I get a Whoop? (Just phyching myself up here)

The joys of living in upstate NY!

You AL and CA folks may be gloating, but I do actually love the snow and will go snow shoeing with my son later in the afternoon. It is just the problem of getting anywhere this morning...

Ready to sweat!
Gina

I'd trade the sun for some snow right about now.

I would too! Yesterday it was 77 here (South AL) but that's what you get when you like 10 miles from the Gulf Of Mexico. Hey last year it DID snow on christmas but it melted as soon as it hit the ground. Most of you are wondering prolly why that is exciting for me?? I"m 24 I've seen it snow here 6 times in my whole life!!

Anyhow, I like how determined you are, brings a smile to me..

Default Whoop

Go for it!

My folks got me out of Utica before I was old enough to shovel the stuff

Gina;

Here's a BIG Whoop for you! That is a great attitude to have.

I was raised in So. Cal. when I joined the Air Force, they sent me to Minot, North Dakota! Wanna talk about snow?

The joke there was "Why Not Minot - Freezin's the Reason" That was 30 years ago, and I've not been in snow since, I just can't handle it!

Mammoth or Big Bear, it's up in the mountains where it belongs.
