Default Favorite recipes, tips needed

Hey, guys,

I'm contributing to a cookbook that my support group is putting together for GBS and lapband patients - if you have a favorite recipe, or even just a particular way of putting together a drink or a slushee, please e-mail it to me at mrazikl@hotmail.com. I'd really appreciate it...

No recipes yet from the pre-op, but I am just writing to ask if you could let us know how we can order a copy when you have it finished...? Pretty pleeeeease?!

Default I'll see what I can do...

I'll talk to the gal who's putting it together and see if I can get a soft copy of it. Shouldn't be a problem.

The best part? I was SO proud that I didn't volunteer to put it together myself. I'm happy to contribute, but, as Jeannie said elsewhere, I'm out of the business of being a hub for other people for a while.

I'm taking care of myself first... otherwise I end up feeling like I did yesterday.

Lisa,
If you look under the recipe section of this forum you will find a lot of good recipes. I have one in there that is for a crab/shrimp spread that is very high in protein and the "girlz" have raved about.
