Default One Month Review

Well, I went to my one month post op appointment today. They say I am doing great, eating enough protein and fluids, and getting enough exercise. I have lost 29 pounds since the surgery. I feel great and have so much energy and enthusiasm for life. It has been a challenging month but well worth it. The first couple of days I was saying, "Why did I do this to myself".....now I can't imagine it if I didn't. I hope you all have a great Thanksgiving....just remember...have a little of everything...just use good judgement on the amount. Thanks for all your support and advice....I couldn't have done it without all of you.

Jim

Big Congrats on the 29 pounds gone forever. It is always a little rough at first but it does get better. Dropping these pounds certifies it all. Happy Thanksgiving to you too.
