Default Today is a good day...

This morning on my way in from the cafteteria here @ work. I run in to a co-worker of mine who says "Man the pounds are just falling off of you. Good Job". Then another person that I haven't seen in a while asked me "You look like you're losing weight, are u on a diet?"

Wow those are 2 sentences that my heart and self-esteem has needed for soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo long.

It's nice to know when people notice, and even nicer to hear them say nice things about your weight loss. Hopefully there will be many more GOOD days for you!! Keep up the good work!

Larry I use to tell myself that I didnt want my co-workers to notice the weight falling off because I didn't want anybody to make a big deal out of it but now that I am almost 80 pounds lighter and no one has noticed or said anything about it(but I also haven't told to many of my co-workers) I feel silly for saying it. It does feel great when someone notices and it isn't in a negative way. I am sure you will encounter many more of thoes moments.
