Hello everyone! I've decided to take the bull by the horns so to speak and create a support group for those of us who cannot make the groups held on weekdays in Poway. I've cleared it with Dr. Callery, and I will be hosting the groups at my house in Mission Valley on the first Sunday of every month at 3pm. These meetings are for post-ops only - doesn't matter when you had your surgery. If you'd like to bring clothing to exchange, please feel free. The first meeting will be:

I'm so sorry - I didn't see your post until after the group was over! I hope that you're able to go to another one of Dr. Callery's groups, if you need to. We had a small turnout (4) but I think it's a very good thing to hold these on the weekend once a month - I hope to see you next month!

I miss you girl! I'm sorry that I couldn't make it to your party, but I didn't get out of work until 11 that night. I'm so happy that you and Stacy have been able to move so quickly because I know that's what you wanted - but I miss you! And you've lost 100 lbs!!! CONGRATULATIONS!

I hope you got my voicemail before the meeting began! I wanted to be there so bad!!! I needed to see ya and my other WLS "relatives" I was ticked, depressed and bummed, the ex let me down.... next month i hope I can be there, I managed to find a teenage girl in my apartment complex that is up for babysitting, Stacie has also offered up her daughter to sit as well, so next time there should be no excuses! love ya!
