"They calculated that smoking, alcohol, obesity, poor diet, unsafe sex, lack of exercise and other factors contributed to 2.43 million cancer deaths worldwide in 2001."

I just quit the smoking 5 days ago, don't really drink (occaisionallY), am married w/o extras on the side. With surgery, I will have a much better diet and will excercise. This is a win/win!!!!!!!!!!! (Duh!).

Hehe, Whitney,I too quit like 5 days ago...I'm so proud of myself....I didnt think I could do it but, I set my mind and did it...Now this is hard coming from someone who smoked for 20 yrs...and got to where I smoked almost 2 pks a day...and some times more depends what is going on that day....But, I can honestly say..NO MORE!!! and I feel 100% better....
