YIKES! Halloween Candy!
Sugar Babies, Tooties Rolls, Smarties and More abound in my kitchen.....Just one little bite? Please? *L*
No way I keep telling myself. This is the first of may Halloweens to come where the trick-or-treaters will actually get the candy.....Lord help me be strong!
How are you dealing with all that candy?

Oh my, Halloween Candy.
How have I been dealing with it?
I am eating it.
AHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!! I haven't had any today, but I did eat a lot yesterday and the day before. I have been very very good today, not one bite. I wish I wouldn't have tried it, I couldn't resist one of the fun-sized 100 grand bars and I can eat one without dumping, but after I ate the first one it was like I just took a hit off the crack pipe after being clean for so long, it was so weird. My thoughts were consumed by candy.
OK please don't yell at me too bad. I am done with the candy. I am throwing it out tommorow night after all the trick or treaters are gone.

In maintenance... now I'm yo-yoing up and down 10 lbs or so. I'm trying to find out how to stay at a set weight, it's rough.

Your Age By Chocolate Math
1. First of all, pick the number of times a week that you would like to have chocolate (more than once but less than 10)
2. Multiply this number by 2 (just to be bold)
3. Add 5
4. Multiply it by 50 -- I'll wait while you get the calculator
5. If you have already had your birthday this year add 1755. If you haven't, add 1754.
6. Now subtract the four digit year that you were born.
You should have a three digit number. The first digit of this was your original number (i.e., how many times you want to have chocolate each week).
The next two numbers are
YOUR AGE! (Oh YES, it is!!! !!!)
THIS IS THE ONLY YEAR (2005) IT WILL EVER WORK, SO SPREAD IT AROUND WHILE IT LASTS.

haloween candy
the way i'm going to deal with it is not deprive myself. i'm going to give me two small pieces which is 160 calories and that will be it. hopefully i'll be able to stop after that. if i dont, i know i will get sick. i'm three years out though. the first couple years i was able to stay away from it, not this year. i do everything in moderation and then i don't feel deprived.

I went to costco before the surgery and bought 3 huge bags of really yummy candy to pass out on halloween. I ate a "few" pieces before the surgery and the remaining 600 odd pieces have been calling my name from the closet (I had my wife hid them). I can't wait until tomorrow to get it all out of my house.

I smell them. They dont smell good and then I dont want them. David just came home with DQ banana split, double bacon cheeseburger and fries. The fries smelled good and he had me give most to the dogs. I did lick the salt off one finger. The smell alone of the fries was enough to satisfy me. The Bacon double didnt smell good at all and I didnt want that and the banana split kept telling me you take a bite and youre gonna dump! So I didnt even want any of that.
As far as the halloween candy, I just look at it and its not looking good. Thank goodness I am so early post op lol!
