My absolute favorite is the Minute Maid Light Lemonade that comes in the carton. Some restaurants have it too. I bought it in the can but it tastes like metal, like the can. But out of the carton, Yum!!

In maintenance... now I'm yo-yoing up and down 10 lbs or so. I'm trying to find out how to stay at a set weight, it's rough.

I was more thinking about a homemade recipe......so many oz fresh squeezed lemon juice, water, so much spledna or equal, etc. I love lemomade and I have lemon trees in my backyard....so I want to make some lemonade.

The only one I have is for strawberry lemonade, but it's very yummy!
1 cup fresh strawberries, quartered
4 medium lemons (approximately 1 cup juice)
3/4 cup Splenda
4 cups water
1. Place strawberries in a food processor or blender; process until smooth and pour into a large pitcher.
2. Add lemon juice to pitcher. Stir in Splenda and water.
3. Strain out strawberry pulp if desired. Add lemon zest.
4. Serve in tall 12-ounce glasses filled with ice.
Serves 4

Protein 1 grams

Please allow me to add that Tropicana's Sugar Free Lemonade is fantastic as well.

I would say use Robin's and skip the strawberries. You may have to play around with the amount of lemon and splenda a little but it should work!

Start experimenting. You probably have a ton of lemons to use up. So if you don't like your recipe, you can try again.

You mean to tell me I can drink this!?!
I thought "light" meant it had some sugar in it...
