Default Plateau, Moving, What do you eat?

Hi, I just moved from Virginia to Connecticut does anyone know of a good doctor up this way? Secondly, does everyone hit a plateau at the end of six months? Cant seem to get below 168, so frustrating, and it seems that I can eat larger amounts and different foods dont seem to bother me. I started out at 250 March 31 when I went for surgery. Thirdly, what does everyone eat in a typical day?

if you want to see what people eat, your gonna have to search that to get a rally great idea of it. I eat whatever I want. All good things and bad in moderation. Your 6 months out, you can eat what ya want.
Plateau; nothing you can do about it, really.
Start the next 3 days by eating protein only.. Atkins all over again. Increase calories and protein drink lots of water for 3 days.... hopefully you will see the scale to start to move.

A good Dr? I dont know of anyone out your way, but what I suggest to our patients that are moving and dont know where to start to look for a decent Dr, call your local professional sports team office, and ask them who is the Family doctor, orthopedic, chiropractor whatever for that team... they will give you a # and then you make the call. Or for your local college team as well... works either way. Good luck!

Take your measurments!!! I didnt lose a pound in three months but I lost over 20 inches.Keep track of that.If you dont lose pounds but you lose inches your not in a plateau.Step OFF the scale!! It will help you,it helps me to stay off of it.After 6mo you can eat what you want & can tolerate in moderation.
