Default What to get at Starbucks?

I am wanting to go to Starbucks and get a Frapaccino. I am not sure if they have low-sugar ones or not, its been awhile since I have been there. I would probably be better off making it myself at home. I am wondering, when you go to Starbucks what do you order?

In maintenance... now I'm yo-yoing up and down 10 lbs or so. I'm trying to find out how to stay at a set weight, it's rough.

Hi, I used to love the fraps but now get a sugar free vanilla iced latte with an extra shot of espresso. I have not had any problems from those. I've also tried the light fraps but they did not sit well on my tummy.

the light ones have half of the sugar. I was also told you can ask for less pumps of syrup. I usually go to coffee bean and get the no sugar added iceblends. They average about 13-20 grams depending on size and flavor.

I get the Lite Frapps too and have not had a problem with them the yare yummy but you kinda have to drink them quick as they melt a little faster then taste like watery old coffee ice.

I get the light fraps, in tall size or a one pump of mocha/monthly special. They use 3 pumps of syrup flavor for each tall serving. They do have SF vanilla and hazelnut. Some other speicalty coffee shops may have a whole array of SF syrups. I also ask for FF milk as even 2% makes me ill.

Okay - confession time.... I had my surgery on the 22nd, yeah, six days, and I'm in a Dunn Bros. using their computers today. I did order something.

A 16 oz, one shot, sugar free hazelnut latte, decaf. I figure it's mostly milk.

But, I did ask at the WLS surgery pre-op class if it was coffee they objected to or the caffiene. It's the caffeine. Too much might hurt your stomach. So, just keep the caffiene down and enjoy the milk!!!

Starbucks has sugar free in either vanilla or hazelnut. I get the sugar free vanilla frappachino and it tastes pretty darn good!
