Default Smoking Contract

Has anyone had to write a smoking contract? I haven't smoked for almost 9 months and then in August I got a little wild in Vegas and smoked but haven't done it since.

Kelly says I need to have a smoking contract and a nicotine test but I don't know what is supposed to be on the contract? Any ideas?

I smoked for 17 years until my 1st pre-op appt with Kelly.

I quit cold turkey the next day and it's been 29 months since i had a drag.

All I did was send Kelly an e-mail that stated I agreed to not have any nicotine in my system for the 60 days prior to my surgery date.

This was back in April 2003.

I don't remember about a smoking contract, I apparently lied thru the teeth with mine anyway. BUT...............as of right this moment I am 20 hours and 20 min nicotine free. Wish me luck guys, I am determined that this is going to work for me this time.

in the long run its worth it to quit smoking. you will be saving money. you just have to look at the big picture. someone in the group i was attending about 2 weeks ago made a statement that when they opened one women for surgery smoke came out and they closed her back up. that was enough to scare me. i had smoked for 30 yrs, you will still have the cravings but just think of the new skinny you. and bigbaldbuddy looks like we have the same bday. just take the non smoking one day at a time.
