Hi there I'm Adam, I'm new to the forum. I had my bypass with Dr. Callery on 7/6/04. Just wanted to say that I feel great and have lose 46 pounds in 22 days. I still think my scale is wrong.
Anyhow I'm glad to see everyone is doing good.
Adam

Hiya Adam
Hiya Adam,
Welcome to the forum. You going to the early support group on Aug. 3rd? If so introduce yourself around.. we'd be happy to meet you. It does seem like the scale is freaking wrong but it's not. You're doing great. Congrats!

Welcome
Welcome to the group Adam. We need all the guys we can get in here. We are HIGHLY outnumbered. But look at the fun of being surrounded by beautiful ladies when you go to the support groups and get-togethers.

I'm sure that my wife will be happy to know that I will be spending quality time with beautiful ladies at my support groups.
"but honey.... I need to go to the support group again..."
"is this the 5th one this week?"
"yea....."
That should go over well.

Welcome to our little group of losers, Adam. It is nice to meet you! BTW, I was rolling when I read your last post....you'll just have to bring your wife with you....that'll keep you honest! Just teasing! <LOL>
Look forward to meeting you at the next meeting.

Welcome!
Adam,
Welcome to our group. Loke Woody said, it's nice having another man on the forum. Of course, I'm single so I don't mind being surrounded by beautiful, intelligent women. Again, welcome and I look forward to meeting you at the next meeting.

Took you long enough
Adam,
It's about time you started posting on here. How's everything? Good I hope.
42 #'s..wow, I keep thinking I'd a lost about the same if I didn't have to go back in that first week and have every bag of fluid know to modern man squeezed into my body for three days.
But i guess the Dr. knows best, huh!?! Anyways I saw my PCP yesterday and i had lost just about 30 #'s so far. It's all good anyways.
Glad to have you on here. Were are overwhelmed by the ladies, but as Stuart says, It's ok for the single guy.
