Been awhile since my last post but today I hit 298lbs, a huge deal to me. It’s been 10 years since I weighed this little and man does it feel GREAT! Down 94 Lbs. in 3 months and 5 days but still got a ways to go. Have started doing things I didn’t dream of doing 3 months ago and can’t wait to get to my goal weight. Glad to be on this loser’s bench!!!
