Are they usually slow? I put in an order 3/3 and it hasn't come yet. I also did not get the promised email with ups tracking info. I emailed them yesterday, no response. Called and got voice mail today, left a detailed message, no response. Sent another email, no response. This was my first order with the company. Considering I ordered from Vitacost the same day, also ups shipping and received it 2 days later, I am not impressed with Bariatric Supermarket thus far.
