Hi Everyone,

I was given several boxes of clothes from a girlfriend, but most of them are to large for me. THey are also more for the office and since I work at the zoo, I can't use them. If anyone is interested they range in size from 14-18. I also have shorts that are a size 26, two pairs of Lee jeans size 18, and assorted clothes from size 18-24.

I've been holding onto all of my professional (aka expensive) clothes, thinking that I could sell them through resale shops or Ebay. Well, I'm sick of them being piled in front of my closet, so I'm going to let them all go - for free! I know that many of you will find these too big, but for those of you who are pre-op, I'm happy to share. I have suits, dresses, pants, and shirts from 24 to 28. I say we bring them to the next pre-op support group and leave in our vehicles as not to distract from the meaning of the support group and afterwards announce to the pre-ops that we have clothes.. dump them off with them and take off really quick.. that way we have none left!!! LOL

Oh I mean just let them pick what they want and drop the rest off at the salvation army or somethin..

Just a suggestion.

Great idea about the clothes...I too have a load of stuff that no longer fits. In fact, some of the items have never been worn and still have the tags attached! Hopefully, there will be some men there that can use some clothes.

Hey, If you guys ever have stuff you just need to get rid of, I have a friend that volunteers at a Womens shelter. I am always collecting stuff for her to pass along. Just a thought in case there is stuff you can't find homes for. I always collect the toilletries from my hotel rooms and pass them along, things like that. I know they are always looking for clothes! Just a thought
