Suz, dear, it's only a plateau. Your body is catching up. Use the tape measure, and I'll guarantee that you're losing inches. Remember, after losing alot at first, your body will start to slow down some. It's perfectly normal, although frustrating. Stay off the scale for a while and it'll kick back in.

Yep just be patient.I didnt lose weight for 4mo but the inches were coming off.So if the inches are still coming off your not in a plateau. The adivce Ive been given was just change up the diet a bit.Maybe add more protein & calories for a couple days then go back to your normal diet, try to trick your body.It will come off

I feel your pain. I went 5 weeks without loosing and then I focused on protein and it started coming off again. Be warned the smaller you are the slower the weight loss. I am in the same boat so if you are loosing 1 or 2 every few weeks you are still on track. I can't believe I am giving advice when I think my post was very simimular. Hang it there we will get skinny together.

Yes! What everybody else said!
I didn't lose for 3 weeks awhile back and then one day- Bam! It started coming off like crazy. I lost 11.6 pounds in 8 days. It has slowed down since then- this was only 2 weeks ago. This past week I have only lost 2 pounds. I am sitting at 200.0 on my scale for the past few days now, and I find that crazy since I started school on Tuesday and have been walking and walking tons around campus.
You will start losing again, I promise. Just try to up your protein, I found that worked for me. And not eating after 6pm, as well as not eating anymore bread or crackers. It will come off.

In maintenance... now I'm yo-yoing up and down 10 lbs or so. I'm trying to find out how to stay at a set weight, it's rough.
