No doubt you've all heard of the new "Centers of Excellence" that are popping up.

That seems like a good idea to me. I like knowing the pedigree of the surgeons before going under the knife! I work in a pediatric ICU and I know that we do a lot of research about patient outcomes. I think its wonderful that they want to be able to track successes and shortcomings. It makes everyone (patients and doctors) be more accountable. I like that.
