Denise -- That's was a great pep talk for all of us! Okay, okay, I'll go to the gym tonight! Glad to hear you're feeling so good and getting into those smaller jeans!

Denise,

You sound fantastic!!! Ok, after hearing you maybe I will add a little exercise addiction post-op. I keep saying mine will be sex and shopping. For real, you just sound like a new person. Keep it up......and get us some updated pics when you get them jeans on!!

LoL I know how you feel about wanting to get into the size 26 jeans! I too was in size 32's and I have about 10 pairs of 26's that i would like to get some use out of too. Congrats to you ByPassingMe!

I am post op almost 2 weeks. I am walking about and such, but am wondering how long you all waited before doing more than that. Thanks : )

Well I walked everyday once I was post-op but once I went to my one month follow-up visit and my surgeon gave me the thumbs up. I could feel the energy building up in my body. I would wake up at 3 in the morning with this gush of energy, well I still do.

I couldn't tell you the last time I was even in a 26. I had to be in middle school . All I could do is just stare in the mirror. OK this is the funny part though the jeans fit but the top part of my butt is still sticking out of the top of my jeans. But the jeans fit, thy button up and everything. I guess I am losing the weight every where else except my butt. Hopefully soon it will drop a little.

Thank you Kim. I am trying to slim down so I can get out there next year and get my surf on with you and Bridget.

Soccermom- I am glad I can be soe sort of inspiration. You guys have been so supportive in my battle I owe it to return the favor. I hope you had a great work out. Keep up the good work.

Marty-actually sex and shoping isn't a bad form of exercise. I will be taking pictures in thoes jeans soon, after I get the top part of my butt in them as well or maybe I can just keep my shirt down...lol

Bridget yeah it isn't a bad addiction at all. I have had way worse addiction that mainly being food but I have been blessed with a tool to show me the better addictions in life. Thanks for the kind words.

Yes, sex and shopping are good exercise, but apparently not quite enough........I am still fat after much indulgence in both! LOL.......I'll trade a little butt and give you a little more tummy to even it out if you want. I think if they fit ok you just need to find a little longer shirt and start wearing them babies! You are doing so good Denise......I really am proud of you. I remember how hard you fought for this, and now you are using your fight to take advantage of your blessing. You are awesome.

Denise you have such an awesome spirit. I'm going to get my lazy butt to the gym...I'm hoping the more I work out before surgery the less plastic surgery I'll have to have later down the road!

Thanks for lighting a fire under me!
