Hi, Claudia! Although I'm in San Diego for the time being, I still consider myself San Antonian. All my family is there and I plan on going back someday. There's a San Antonio forum on the boards. You might post there to connect with people in the area.

We're military but we are thinking of making it more permeant.

i'm from san antonio too, and Dr Stegemann was also my surgean! i had my surgery last week on Dec 8, my post op appointment is next monday dec 21st |

Hello Claudia! I'm near the San Antonio area, Canyon Lake. I'm about 40 mins north up Hwy 281. San Antonio isn't too far at all. It's nice to see someone from my area on here. It looks like you're doing pretty good. I'm just getting started and reading up on what I am getting myself into. Tomorrow I go to my weightloss seminar at the Texsan Heart Hospital off I-10 in San Antonio and quite excited to make my first step towards my goal of a healthier and leaner me.
